Working method

Step 1

Familiarisation

During your initial visit, we will inquire about your wishes. Do you also perhaps have questions you would like to ask us? We will also carry out a valuation on your behalf. We will carefully study the characteristics of your home and make a comparison within the current housing market.

Step 2

Personal sales plan

In your personal sales plan, we will suggest an asking price and explain our selling strategy. When you give us a green light, it’s time for a beautiful presentation. We provide professional photography and videography. A clear description is formulated and a media package is put together, aiming to address the right target group.

Step 3

Prospective buyers

We use the active searcher file of as many as four branches, creating a door-to-door map to give local residents the scoop on your sales. We then inform purchase brokers from our large network and present your home on various housing sites.

Step 4

Negotiating

We always schedule viewings in consultation with you. We then conduct negotiations in your name, during which you will of course be kept fully informed of offers and conditions from all interested parties.

Step 5

Transfer

Having reached an agreement, we will draw up a purchase contract that is legally accurate down to the smallest detail. We will provide an inspection and check whether everything is in order before you and the purchasing party visit the notary. Congratulations on the sale!
