Viewing the property together

Step 3

Negotiating

Based on various data, we develop a clear idea of the new home. We will recommend an opening bid and then negotiate with the sales broker until the most favourable purchase is reached. Of course, this is done in good consultation.

Step 4

The purchase contract

You and the seller reaching an agreement does not mean that the job is done. We will screen the purchase contract for any legal (in)accuracies and check on the day of delivery whether the property is transferred in accordance with the agreement.
