You need a meticulous valuation. An official valuation is key for financing your new home or business premises, an acquisition, investment, merger or divorce. Kappelle Taxateurs is part of a 3rd-generation family business with five offices in ‘t Gooi. Our expertise makes all the difference.


Working method

Kappelle’s valuation report is drafted by one of our certified real estate valuators. We are active in the Hilversum, Laren, Bussum-Naarden, Loosdrecht and Huizen areas. From the recording to the validated report, the process is as follows:

Step 1

Your instruction

After we have received your instruction, we will contact the owner or seller to schedule the recording. We will visit the property on a day and time of your preference.

Step 2

Recording

We will collect the required land registry data before the recording. This includes information about ownership and any obligations. We will accurately measure the living or working space, pay attention to the quality of maintenance, the existence of energy-efficient measures and much more.

Step 3

Validated valuation report

After the above steps, we will measure the collected data against comparable, recently sold, properties in the area. In this way, we can best determine and justify the current market value. The valuator has the report finalised by the validation agency known as NWWI. You will receive a report that meets the highest valuation requirements.
